They got the part fixed that needed to be fixed. But the morning I went to pick it up, I needed to get to work by 8. I was there right after 7 (and they open at 7) and nobody got there until 7:15. Then they told me it was ready to go, but the plastic splash guard from underneath the car was hanging on the ground from not being screwed back on correctly. So I had to leave it there and go back after work that day to pick it up. They did a good job with the part that needed fixing, but I wasn’t happy about the wasted trip in the morning that ended up making me late for work.
